I've always believed the most lifeless, inanimate objects to have feelings. It certainly is unnerving to have all these stares directed toward you when you say "sorry" to a bush after snagging it with the fly of your jacket.
The human race isn't all superior. Natural rights belong to everything, not everyone.
Or they might just not exist at all.
